For manufacturing plastic parts, we have 3 factories with over 75 injection moulding machines and 4 blow moulding machines. All kinds of plastic parts for the packaging, engineering, medical and household industries are manufactured by us.

These parts include caps, closures, flip top caps, disc top caps, cream jars, speaker parts, medical parts, engineering parts and household products.

All kinds of materials are processed like Polypropylene, Polyethylene, Polycarbonates, Glass Filled Nylons, ABS and many other speciality and engineering grades of plastics.

Our manufacturing processes include Injection Moulding (ranging from 50 tons to 650 tons), Extrusion Blow Moulding and Injection Stretch Blow Moulding.

We also manufacture parts which require In-mould labelling (2D and 3D), insert moulding and Bi-Injection or two shot mouldings.

We have a dedicated quality inspection team carrying out first part approval, in process checks and pre dispatch inspections, following various sampling plans with strict AQLs.

Various equipments are used for carrying out leak tests, torque tests, dimensional and colour checks.

Our plant is ISO 9001:2015 certified, Sedex pillar-4 audited and has also been audited by Disney with a valid FAMA along with many other client certifications and approvals.

Numerous post moulding operations are carried out like pad printing, heat transfer printing, automatic taper full round labelling, ultrasonic welding, PU spray painting, UV printing and various special purpose assemblies.

We use SAP to ensure all orders and Bill of Materials are logged in and every part is made with the right specifications without errors.

Our clients range from major companies and brands in India to various clients in USA and Europe. Exports being over 40%, we are a one star certified export house.
